摘要：鑒于醫院建設項目的復雜性，為了有效保證進度目標的實現，有必要以“流程”作為管理對象，通過“流動的線”將各項業務及管理活動串起來進行管理。本文在闡釋醫院建設項目流程管理內涵的基礎上，提出按照需求牽引、界面重置、流程梳理、WBS優化進行流程管理的思路及實施要點，以期為現代綜合醫院項目管理水平和建造效率提升提供參考。

Abstract：In view of the complexity of hospital construction projects，in order to effectively ensure the realization of progress objectives，it is necessary to take “process” as the management object and connect various businesses and management activities through “mobile line” for management. On the basis of explaining the connotation of hospital construction project process management，this paper puts forward the ideas and implementation points of process management according to demand traction，interface reset，process combing and WBS optimization，in order to provide reference for management level and construction efficiency improvement of modern general hospital project.
