摘要：近年來工程總承包模式在建設領域的應用逐年增加，采用工程總承包模式后，建設管理單位的項目管控重點發生了變化，對這類工程的招投標管理提出更高的管理要求。本文通過研究工程總承包項目招標管理的幾個重點內容，包括：招標準備與招標策劃、招標文件的編制、評標辦法、中標文件與招標要求的匹配性檢查、合約管理，得出相應的管理經驗，希望為類似項目的招投標與合約管理提供參考。

Abstract：In recent years，the application of general contracting（EPC）mode in the field of construction has increased year by year. After the adoption of EPC mode，the project management and control focus of construction management units has changed，and puts forward higher management requirements for bidding management of such projects. This paper studies several key contents of bidding management of EPC projects，including bidding preparation and bidding planning，preparation of bidding documents，bid evaluation methods，matching inspection between bid winning documents and bidding requirements，and contract management. Obtaines corresponding management experience，provides reference for bidding and contract management of similar projects.
